Zoe’s private blend of homemade European style drinking chocolate is thick, creamy and ultra-delicious. Perfect for making cold or hot drinking chocolate, pot de creme, or add a little vodka for a perfect martini. 

Flavors available in Original, Mocha, Gingerbread

Spiked Hot Chocolate Recipe:

1/4 cup  melted chocolate (for rim)
Chocolate shavings (for rim)
1/4 - 1/2   pint vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cup  Zoe's Hot Drinking Chocolate  
1/2 cup  Baileys Irish Cream (add more/ less depending on preference)

Whipped cream, for serving

  1. Pour melted chocolate and chocolate shavings into separate shallow dishes. Dip the rims of two mugs in melted chocolate then immediately dip in chocolate shavings.
  2. Using a medium scoop, add a few scoops of ice cream into each mug. Pour Zoe's Hot Chocolate and Baileys on top.
  3. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with any extra chocolate shavings.

Original Hot Chocolate Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), Dutch-process cocoa powder, natural vanilla, salt, and/or cinnamon, coffee. 
Gingerbread Hot Chocolate Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), Dutch-process cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, natural vanilla, salt.
Mocha Hot Chocolate Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), Dutch-process cocoa powder, coffee, natural vanilla, salt.
